Norman Korenthal is president of Rainbow Art, Inc. and he witnesses first hand what is produced at the facility and makes sure that what ships out is of first-rate quality. It is his priority to satisfy customers and their finishing needs. Norm is also a salesperson, he represents the company and visits with clients and possible clients to guarantee that they can produce what the client is looking for.

Kathy, the office manager, always knows what is important to accomplish each day. She is familiar with the industry and is happy to speak with clients, suppliers, and fellow employees to assure that the services they provide are consistent with the reputation they uphold.

Mike is the production manager in the shop and supervises the daily production run and works closely with Norm to assure that the items they are shipping meet the highest standards.
